U.S. Orders: All orders are shipped Xpresspost USA, tracked for delivery in 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS depending upon where you are in the U.S. The standard shipping rate is a flat $16.95 per order with FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00. Customers are responsible for any duty and taxes. HOWEVER, thanks to NAFTA, we have never heard of any duties being assessed to any of our customers. Orders are normally shipped same or next business day. If there is ANY reason for a delay, we will notify you immediately.

Canadian Orders: All orders are shipped via Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel for tracked delivery in 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS depending upon where you are in the country and how close you are to a major center. The standard shipping rate is $16.95 per order with FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00. All orders are shipped from Canada. GST applies to all Canadian orders, PST to Ontario orders. Orders are normally shipped same or next business day. If there is ANY reason for a delay, we will notify you immediately.

Orders to the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand: All orders are shipped via Small Packet Air for delivery in 6-10 business days or less depending upon where you are in the country and how close you are to a major center. (These orders often arrive before orders shipped much closer to the U.S. Go figure. :-) The standard shipping rate is $16.95 per order with FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00. All orders are shipped from Canada. Customers are responsible for any duty and taxes. Typically there are no duties, although the Royal Mail appears to be relatively diligent about the VAT. We value international shipments at their lowest possible rates for you.

Why One Shipping Standard? Many companies offer a multitude of shipping options with the explanation that they like to give their customers choice and give them the opportunity to save money. Baloney! We use one method so that shipping from our warehouse is fast and efficient. This efficiency we can then pass on to you in the form of savings on the products themselves rather than burying the hassle of multiple options within the price. Ultimately, we want you pass on to you the very best prices possible. Period.

Returns: We will accept returns for exchange on defective products only within 15 days. In the case of our Joystick Vibrating Dildos, the warranty on the silicone material is (brace yourself) 5 YEARS! In the rare circumstance that you do receive a defective product, please email us at sales@JustAddFlesh.com with your order number and circumstance and we will contact you right away to make things right. It's called customer service and we thrive on making our customers happy because they come back again and again.

Earth Friendly Packaging: The plain brown boxes we use are fully recyclable, even reusable. The problem with most packaging are those pesky foam 'peanuts' that are used to secure and protect your order. The ones we use are NOT foam. They are made from starch and air and are 100% biodegradable. In fact, don't throw them in the garbage. Put them in your sink and run water over them. They will dissolve and disappear. 100% safe for the planet. We're not perfect because we can't deliver your order to you by horse back... but we, and you as our customer, are doing our part to help! :-)
